Maan Limburg

Hello, how is this Saturday treating you? Another beautiful submission in my inbox! Maan Limburg photographed a series about a girl in a glasshouse which I really like. And no glasshouse series without a butterfly! 'Maan' means moon in Dutch, which makes it easy to remember. Yes, keep an eye on this girl because she takes beautiful photos. Not all dreamy, but also clean, pretty portraits. 

Just like any dreamy phootgraphy series, there's a story behind the photography:

A girl, feeling like she belongs in another world, is looking for her place in the world. While searching, she finds a glasshouse where she feels at home but it still isn't - she gets stuck there and goes into a state of dreamlike hallucination. Not quite alive, not quite dead but somewhere inbetween, in a glass dome that keeps her there.
