Swedish painter, Anna Halldin Maule is exploring the idea of Fashion in today’s society. “ I believe my work to be unique and representative of joys and quirks of being a woman obsessed by today’s fashion culture.” Anna said. Her oil paintings are meant to reflect and give an honest approach to the issues that women face in modern society, and also to examine the power of external influences. Anna says “women of today are assaulted by a continuous stream of media bytes dictating how we should look, think and purchase.
